Aumazo Inc. construit actuellement un internat communautaire qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera aux filles de Bankondji et des villages voisins. L&#8217;organisation a commenc\u00e9 la construction de sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9cole dans le village en 2007. L&#8217;\u00e9cole, con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre \u00e9cologique, dispose de son propre syst\u00e8me de filtration d&#8217;eau, d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de gestion des eaux us\u00e9es (\u00e9ventuellement avec des toilettes s\u00e8ches) et d&#8217;\u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fonds du fondateur et de plusieurs donateurs individuels ont permis de lancer la premi\u00e8re phase de construction de l&#8217;\u00e9cole. Aumazo doit lever des fonds suppl\u00e9mentaires pour achever le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures du b\u00e2timent administratif et des salles de classe, ainsi que du dortoir. Anticipant l&#8217;autonomie financi\u00e8re de l&#8217;\u00e9cole, Aumazo a mis en place un important programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable incluant le parc \u00e0 blocs et l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de construction ZOMA. La machine acquise aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;Hydraform en 2010 produit quotidiennement 1\u00a0500 blocs \u00e9cologiques en terre-ciment, empil\u00e9s \u00e0 sec et embo\u00eetables. Elle utilise de la terre lat\u00e9ritique et moins de ciment, et la construction ne n\u00e9cessite pas de ferraillage. Nous utilisons cette machine pour produire et vendre des blocs, ainsi que pour construire des maisons, ce qui nous permet de lever des fonds suppl\u00e9mentaires pour le r\u00e9investissement et la p\u00e9rennisation des co\u00fbts de fonctionnement de l&#8217;\u00e9cole. Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des relations solides avec les communaut\u00e9s locales et concentrons actuellement nos activit\u00e9s dans l&#8217;ouest du Cameroun, o\u00f9 se situe l&#8217;activit\u00e9 de construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous profitons d\u00e9j\u00e0 de la demande croissante de logements dans la r\u00e9gion et dans tout le pays. Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 six projets de logements et de plus en plus de propri\u00e9taires potentiels nous contactent via www.zomabuild.com. En collaboration avec le cabinet d&#8217;architecture RM Sovich bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Baltimore, dans le Maryland, nous avons travaill\u00e9 sur la conception de la nouvelle \u00e9cole qui est pertinente pour l&#8217;environnement rural. Ensemble, nous avons \u00e9galement con\u00e7u d&#8217;autres plans d&#8217;\u00e9tage de maisons, y compris notre propre plan d&#8217;\u00e9tage de maison mod\u00e8le en cours de construction qui sera achev\u00e9 en janvier 2016. Nous avons \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 d&#8217;autres plans d&#8217;\u00e9tage que nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au minist\u00e8re du Logement et du D\u00e9veloppement urbain du Cameroun concernant d&#8217;\u00e9ventuels contrats de construction de maisons, d&#8217;\u00e9coles et d&#8217;\u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre objectif actuel est d&#8217;achever la construction de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9cole d&#8217;Aumazo \u00e0 Bankondji.
