Onsite
Onsite training can be arranged on the client’s blockyard and building site. The training typically lasts between 10 days and 2 weeks. The training will often have the following format but will change according to client’s needs and state of preparation.
Day 1 to 3 - Preparation
- Find suitable soil
- Locate suitable site for blockyard
- Prepare blockyard for training
- Transport and stockpile soil for block production.
Day 4 to 7 - Block Making
- Soil selection. Soil sieving. Batch mixing.
- Machine orientation and operation
- Block production and curing
- Machine maintenance
- Blockyard management
- Block testing and quality control
- Palletizing and cured block handling
Day 8 to 10 - Hydraform Building
- Basic Hydraform building concepts
- Foundations and foundation walls.
- Dry stacking and wall building
- Lintols and Hydraform ring beams.
