Hydraform Helping Entrepreneurs

by Ryno Saayman

Hydraform has played a part in helping individuals start their own successful business ventures for decades.
We love hearing stories of true success where individuals have come together to achieve their goals where Hydraform is a part in the success story.
Tshemo ya Lehlabula is another great example. What started out as a social club between a few locals based in the west of Pretoria, soon turned into a successful business venture.

After coming across an article in the local newspaper about the Government incentive scheme, they jumped at the opportunity and applied to gain some start-up capital to set their plans in motion.

With capital in hand they soon set out to start their brick plant. The main factors that were taken into consideration were ease of use, robustness, reliability and cost of materials.
After some market research they decided to purchase a Hydraform block machine as Hydraform is the most reliable piece of machinery on the market and requires unskilled labour.  Hydraform makes use of Compressed Earth Brick technology which made it the perfect candidate for their organisation as it would cut down on manufacturing costs while maintaining high quality and durability.
Early setbacks did not discourage these gentlemen and through their determination and hard work they have managed to build a successful business in a few short years.

Today business is thriving and Tshemo ya Lehlabula have purchased a Kia truck to transport the bricks and blocks and are in search of a bigger land area to expand their production. Community members have been trained to work on the Hydraform machine, thus creating employment for locals.

Without a doubt this thriving venture will continue to grow and create jobs for locals in the area.

Hydraform wishes them continued success.
